How does Clovine pricing work? Do I need to pay for each member of my team?

Clovine's pricing is based on per person per month, but it provides 3 complimentary project manager licenses
for the initial purchase from Standard service.
As a result, you only need to make a payment for the amount excluding the fee for 3 people from the number of
people you want to use together.

i.e.

a group of 10 people who want to use Standard service for a month.

(10 people - 3 complimentary licenses) * $7.99 (VAT excluded) * 1 month = $55.93 (VAT excluded)

Does Clovine offer a free version?

Once you sign up for Clovine, you can use all essential project management features for free.
And, you can upgrade your plan anytime to add more storage capacity and members, as you needed.

What payment methods does Clovine accept? And when will payments be made for my subscription plan?

    You may use PayPal to make a payment.

    Payment and refund procedures using PayPal are subject to PayPal's regulations.

    For a monthly subscription, the fee will be charged on the same date as the first payment date every month.
    Payment dates may be adjusted according to PayPal regulations.

What happens if I upgrade my plan or add the number of users?

If the service fee increases due to the number of users and/or subscription plan change, the changed service can be used for the remaining
contracted period with payment of the prorated fee, and changed fee will be charged from the subsequent subscription period.

i.e.

if you wish to add a new user on October 20, 2021 to your existing service that you have made a payment on October 10, 2021,
you would make an additional payment for the remaining days of the month, which is 21 days ($7.99/person X 21/31 = $5.41).

* If the service fee decreases due to changes in the number of users and/or a subscription plan, the fee for the remaining
contract period would not be refunded and changed fee will be charged from the subsequent subscription period.

What is your refund policy?

All refunds will be made after deducting the fees for the remaining contracted period.
However, discounted amount, if any, may also be deducted.

Does Clovine offer any discounted plans?

You can receive a 10% discount by choosing a yearly plan. Contact our sales team for more details.
